Exchange Service Terms

1. Harbor operator

APPILY FIFTY-TWO SOWING SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED trades as Appily Fifty-Two from Bay 52, Harbor Seed Exchange, Sector 18, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400703. GSTIN 27AABCF5252H1Z8 appears on tax invoices where required. Completing checkout on this storefront means you accept these exchange terms in full.

2. What we list

Our bay lists vegetable, flower, forage, fruit seeds for planting, herb, spice, and specialty seed lines under HSN 1209. Each SKU states pack weight or count, variety name, and sowing notes. Natural colour, calibre, or moisture-safe foil batch variation within the same grade is expected and is not treated as a defect.

3. Buyer duties

Confirm you are 18 years or older before placing an order.
Provide a courier-reachable pin code, landmark, and daytime phone.
Guard account credentials and report suspected misuse to the harbor desk at once.
Use purchased seeds only for lawful sowing and garden or field cultivation.

4. Price and payment rails

All prices display in Indian Rupees. Checkout shows the payable total before you confirm. We accept UPI prepaid and Cash on Delivery where the pin code is serviceable. A COD harbor fee of ₹49 may appear before confirmation. Cards and wallets are not accepted.

5. When an order binds

An order binds after prepaid capture or COD confirmation. We may refuse, split, or reverse orders for stock shortfalls, courier blackouts, suspected misuse, or obvious pricing errors, with refund of any amount already collected.

6. Viability notice

Sowing goods are living, viability-sensitive materials. Germination after delivery depends on variety, transit duration, storage after receipt, and local growing conditions. We do not warrant identical germination outcomes for every lot.

7. Governing law

These exchange terms follow the laws of India. Exclusive venue for disputes is the competent courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
