Appily Fifty-Two (APPILY FIFTY-TWO SOWING SEEDS PRIVATE LIMITED) stewards personal data collected through this storefront solely for harbor fulfilment, account security, and grower support.

2. Records we keep

Identity & login: name, email, password hash, verification flags.
Fulfilment payload: shipping address, phone, order lines, payment channel.
Support transcripts opened via contact forms or Track & Support.
Session hygiene: browser class, device hints, and authentication tokens.

3. Why we process

We verify accounts, assemble and ship foil packets, send dispatch notices, answer harbor-desk queries, deter fraud, and keep catalogue copy accurate. We do not sell, rent, or broker grower contact lists.

4. Retention and access

Order and invoice records are retained as required for tax and consumer law. You may request a copy or correction of account data by emailing harbor@appilyfiftytwo.com. We respond within a commercially reasonable window during Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM.

5. Processors

Payment gateways, courier partners, and hosting providers receive only the fields needed to complete their step. They may not use your data for unrelated marketing.

6. Security posture

We use encrypted transport, hashed credentials, and role-limited staff access. No online system is risk-free; report suspected account issues to harbor@appilyfiftytwo.com immediately.
